1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 774bd platform and all its related services. In this document, "we", "our" or "774bd" refers to the organisation operating this platform. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 774bd may close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

774bd ensures secure transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile wallet and banking services.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests may take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
• All wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• Some specific games may contribute a limited amount towards the wagering calculation.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may expire.

5.3 VIP Program

774bd's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can move up to a higher tier and enjoy more benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and premium benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 774bd are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. General gaming rules are given below:

• Read the rules of the game carefully before starting each game.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 774bd's decision is final.

6.1 Betting Limits

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behaviour.
• Submitting a false identity or forged documents.
• Depositing funds from an illegal source.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 774bd

774bd may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Security risk.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team to make the request. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, unless an investigation is ongoing.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

774bd will notify the user separately regarding the policy applicable to the balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
